“Eligible Participant”: Open only to residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who: 1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and 2) are holders of a U.S. personal (including PayPal, PayPal Cash and PayPal Cash Plus) or premier account in good standing (“Valid Account”).
“Eligible Purchase(s)”: Purchases of $10 or more made in USD using a Valid Account and PayPal at checkout. Eligible Purchases do not include: 1) send/receive money transactions (including those marked as a “Goods and Services” payments), 2) charitable donations, 3) purchases made using PayPal.me; 4) PayPal Cash Mastercard®, PayPal Cashback Mastercard, PayPal Prepaid Mastercard, PayPal Extras Mastercard, and PayPal Business Debit Mastercard purchases made using the card directly and not through your Valid Account, 5) PayPal transaction fees, and 6) purchases made at Honey affiliate merchants that do not provide a PayPal checkout process.
“Qualification Period”: Starts at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 08, 2020, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on June 29, 2020.
“Redemption Period”: Starts when Reward (defined below) is available in your Valid Account and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on July 31, 2020.
“Reward”: $5 USD voucher that will be viewable in the “Offers” section of the Eligible Participant’s Valid Account. For the $5 Bonus with Honey: (1) Reward may be viewable in the Eligible Participant’s Valid Account within approximately seventy-two (72) hours after a valid Eligible Purchase is made. Only 300,000 of each of the Rewards are available. Rewards will no longer be awarded once the Qualification Period has expired or once the limit for that offer is reached (whichever is earlier). How to Qualify for available Offers:

Eligible Participants must activate the offer during the Qualification Period by following the instructions in the email advertising the Offer (eligibility for those who receive such offer is determined solely by PayPal).
$5 Bonus with Honey
To earn a Reward, Eligible Participants must: 1) must download the Honey web browser extension for the first time during the Qualification Period; 2) login or open a Honey account using their Valid Account credentials during the Qualification Period; and 3) make an Eligible Purchase during the Qualification Period.
Qualification for one offer does not qualify you for any other offer.
How to Redeem: Once qualified for and activated (where applicable), the Reward(s) will be applied automatically to the Eligible Participant’s next Eligible Purchase made during the Redemption Period using their Valid Account that qualified for the Reward. The Reward must be redeemed during the Redemption Period and may only be redeemed as described in these terms & conditions. Use of the Reward will be reflected on the Eligible Participant’s PayPal receipt and/or in the transaction details of his/her account. There is a limit of one (1) Reward per Valid Account per offer (see above for individual offer details).
Miscellaneous: Redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification. The Reward or Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred out of the Eligible Participant’s Valid Account, except in PayPal’s sole discretion. If item(s) purchased using a Reward are returned and the Redemption Period has expired, PayPal will first refund the money spent to the payment method used to complete the Eligible Purchase and purchase amount in excess of the money spent (i.e., the value of the Reward) will not be refunded. If the Redemption Period has not expired, the value of the Reward will be returned to the Offers section of the Valid Account and will be available for use by the account holder. PayPal may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfil the Reward. PayPal reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for any single offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer (within this promotion or otherwise). ** PayPal $5 Donation Terms and Conditions
How it works: Make a donation of $5 or more to the PayPal Giving Fund using PayPal and we’ll give an additional $5 (“Offer”) for the benefit of your recommended charity up to one million five-hundred thousand ($1.5M) dollars in total donations. PayPal donations will be made on a first come, first served basis.
Offer Period: Starts at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 08, 2020 and at 11:59 p.m. PT on June 29, 2020 or when the donation cap has been reached, whichever is earlier (“Offer Period”).
Eligibility Requirements: Must have a United States account with PayPal (“Valid Account”) in good standing to participate. Must use your Valid Account to complete through the PayPal mobile app to PayPal Giving Fund in support of the organization of your choice. There is a limit of one donation per person and per Valid Account over the course of the Offer Period. No charity may receive more than $10,000 in total donations from PayPal over the course of the Offer Period as a result of this Offer. Making a donation means you understand and agree to PayPal Giving Fund’s donor terms of service, including (but not limited to) its provisions that donations are non-refundable, cannot be used to confer benefits on you, family members, or affiliated entities, and are granted to your recommended charity subject to PayPal Giving Fund’s Donation Delivery Policy.
Exclusions/Disqualification: Donations are not eligible if they are made: (1) when you are not logged into your Valid Account, or (2) using a PayPal Cash Mastercard®, PayPal Cashback Mastercard, PayPal Prepaid Mastercard, PayPal Extras Mastercard, and PayPal Business Debit Mastercard when the card is used directly and not through your PayPal account.
Offer is void and PayPal will not donate $5 if, in PayPal’s sole discretion: (1) the donation is made in an attempt to tamper with or impair the administration, security, proper play, or fairness of this Offer, (2) the donation is not completed through legitimate channels, (3) any Offer-related materials are counterfeit, altered, defective, tampered with or irregular in any way, (4) any person supplies false or misleading information, participates by any fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Terms, (5) if an entity makes a donation for its own benefit, or (6) if donations to an entity are made by an individual acting for the benefit of an entity with the entity’s funds. PayPal reserves the right to deny a donation or cancel, suspend or modify all or part of the Offer at any time without notice, for any reason at its sole discretion.
Donation Acknowledgement: Donations will be made to PayPal Giving Fund, an IRS-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and granted to your recommended charity pursuant to its Donation Delivery Policy. Contribution may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Consult your tax advisor to understand your specific circumstances. No goods or services will be provided in exchange for your donation. For donations made during the Offer Period, ater the cap has been reached, an email will be sent to the primary email for the Valid Account used to donate explaining whether or not PayPal has made the $5 donation.

*** Referral Reward: Any rewards earned will post to your account no later than 7/31/20 at 11:59pm ET. All steps in the referral process must be completed by 11:59:59 PM ET on 6/30/20.
